Ken Harrington led four Pioneers in double figures with a game-high 15 points as the fifth-seeded Pioneers (15-6) began their Division 1 title defense with a quarterfinal win over the fourth-seeded Guardians (16-7) at Clark University. Adham Floyd (12 points), Davon Jones (11) and Charlie Murray (10) also scored in double figures for St. John's, which plays top-seeded Algonquin in Sunday's semifinal at 5:30 p.m. at WPI. Kevin Riley scored 7 points and Jalen Evans-Ashton and Tim Berry each chipped in with 6 points for St. Peter-Marian.
