Tyrae Sims had 18 carries for 100 yards and a touchdown at Foley Stadium as the Patriots (1-3, 1-0 Inter-High) snapped a 20-game losing streak. Sims' 10-yard scoring run in the second quarter capped a drive in which he gained 50 yards on five carries, and he also ran for the conversion. Burncoat's defense forced two turnovers that set up two Chris Ladou touchdown passes to Vincent Muiru in the third quarter. The first touchdown pass followed a fumble forced and recovered by Zehmir Brown, and the second came after a Terrence Agayre-May interception. Ladou completed 3 of 6 passes for 71 yards and two touchdowns. Brown had four of Burncoat's six sacks, and Liam Crowley had the other two. Sam Castro had 26 carries for 102 yards for North, which scored on Anthony Yeskevicz's 32-yard strike to Edward Boamah in the fourth quarter.
