The Beavers (8-2, 5-1 Vocational) scored 28 points in the second quarter, getting two touchdown runs by Julian Picard, while Pat Durkin and Dan Avery also scored to power past the visiting Eagles (5-5, 2-3). Picard rushed for 116 yards on 15 carries, Durkin returned from injury to roll up 71 yards on 10 carries and Bailey Leacy went 5-for-5 on PAT kicks. Defensively, the Beavers were led by senior Dave Trettel's seven tackles and sophomore Nick Wojnar's seven tackles, two forced fumbles and an interception. Worcester Tech tied the game in the second quarter after Mike Vizzo's 76-yard TD run and Victor Sambora's PAT kick.
