Junior Taylor O'Connell and senior Liz Holmes scored to spot the visiting Tomahawks (9-2-2-) an early lead over the Chieftains (8-2-2) in Bolton. Molly Dore's second-half goal cut Nashoba's deficit in half, but Algonquin answered with goals by senior Emily Bourke and Holmes. Channing Moreland made six saves for the Tomahawks.
