Congratulations to shyfunny and girlysportsfan, the winners of the Best Catch contest. Each wins a luxury trip for two to New Orleans.
The runners-up in the men's contest are zeman and actinggovernor. And for the women, wonderwoman007 and kt_did came in second and third place respectively.
The Best Catch prizes were awarded at the Boston.com Personals party at The Big Easy on Friday, February 28. Over two hundred people mingled and kicked off Mardi Gras together.

How the contest works:
Boston.com will post selected photos and profile answers in weekly photo galleries. Boston.com users will vote online to nominate the male/female semi-finalists from each photo gallery. The top semi-finalists will be included in the Best Catch finals photo gallery which will go live on Tuesday, February 25, 2003. Boston.com users will vote on who they think is the Best Catch. Voting will close at Noon (EDT) on Friday, February 28. Winners will be announced first at a party at The Big Easy on Friday, February 28. Winners need not be present to win. The top female and the top male will each receive the Grand Prize vacation for two to New Orleans. The top two female and male runners up will each win $100. Winners will be announced online on March 3, 2003. If the final voting results are disputed, Boston.com reserves the final right to declare a winner.
