Some inspectors will give you a checklist of all the inspected areas of the home, with the required information in succinct form. Others will give you a much longer report with photos and explanations. If you want to get more in-depth, ask the inspector if they can get as detailed as possible and attach pictures to the inspection report – but also expect the inspection fee to be larger for this type of report.
