Real estate agents Coleen Polillio and Marlene Wasserstein have organized bus tours of foreclosed homes in Massachusetts. On Feb. 18, they led a three-hour tour of five houses in Stoughton and Easton. "We could do a tour every day," said Polillio. She said people had already signed up for a March tour, possibly in nearby Randolph.
