Visitor No. 11 – Harvard research associate, 33, recently married, owns in Cambridge:
"It's got character. The rooms are a nice size, and there's pretty good flow. There's too much hallway space. It's beautiful, but when you're living small, you need all that space. I'm going to keep it on my list. I think it's going to sell in the next week."

Visitor No. 14 – Speech therapist, 33, recently married, owns in Brighton:
"The fireplace is very cozy on a cold, wet day like this. You lose energy with a woodburning fireplace, but it smells so good. You want to sit by it and have a hot cocoa. I think I'm definitely leaning toward buying it. Just move it onto a side street, and it would be perfect."
