Visitor No. 13 – Retired systems analyst, 49, married with two children, owns in Winchester:
"It's described well, but professionally landscaped? Well, it could be they paid somebody to put a bush in. It does have nice woodwork, though, and nice views. For $1 million, it's well-priced for the neighborhood. Two or three years ago, they were just abusive with the prices."
Visitor No. 14 – Software architect and real estate agent, 31, married with no children, owns in Newton:
"It has nice fireplaces and a nice deck in back. I think it will probably go relatively quickly at this price point. If they had painted it a nicer color, it would sell faster. But I'd buy it, at the right price."
