Bruce Rosenbaum (pictured) and his wife, Melanie, run Modern Victorian Home Restoration Co. (or ModVic, as the couple call it). After spending several years renovating their Sharon home, the couple decided to start the company.

"It's like having a baby - once you're through it, you kind of forget the pain," Bruce joked. "We thought, 'We're pretty good at this. Let's do it again.' "
