In 2001, David Vickery of Boston real estate firm Spaulding & Slye was the NorthPoint project manager. Here, Vickery stood at the NorthPoint development site. In early 2006, Jones Lang LaSalle, a publicly traded real estate firm, purchased Spaulding & Slye and took over managing the development, construction, and leasing of the project.
