NorthPoint through the years

This graphic shows a map of the NorthPoint development area. Two different parties – Cambridge North Point LLC and the Boston and Maine Corp. – owned the NorthPoint project. Boston and Maine, a unit of Guilford Transportation Industries Inc., now known as Pan Am Railways Inc., owned 75 percent of the project. Cambridge North Point LLC, a group of nearly 100 investors, owned the other 25 percent.
