In April 2007, Cambridge North Point in turn filed suit against Boston and Maine, charging breach of fiduciary duties and asking that the partnership be dissolved. The suit said Boston and Maine owed but had not paid more than $500,000 for development costs incurred in 2006, and $1.6 million for 2007.
