July home sales across Massachusetts have fallen 26 percent over a year ago, a decline in part due to the expiration of the federal home buyers tax credit.
However, some communities in Massachusetts bucked the statewide and national trend, and actually saw sales — and in many case median home prices — climb in July.
Here are 10 towns and cities in the state that were real estate winners in July.
