Former 2-family Colonial in Milton converted to single-family

Once a two-family, this square Colonial in a quiet family neighborhood was stripped to the studs and reinvented as a four-bedroom single-family with blonde oak floors warmed by natural light in every room. Off the grand entry is an office, now a pastel blue, behind double French doors. On the left is the living room with gas fireplace with a white mantel flanked by large built-in book shelves. With an open floor plan, the dining area leads to the large kitchen, which has black granite counters and white cabinets, a prep island, and stainless steel appliances. Outside is a yard with patio.
On the second floor, the master is at the front of the house and has a large closet with built-in shelving and a walk-in closet with more shelving.
