  1. I am inheriting 2/3 of a multi family property worth about 450,000 as soon as the estate selttles. My goal is to buy my cousin out of his 1/3 ,However, I have poor credit. Is there any way a bank will allow me to do this for a higher interest since they will have so much collateral in the home. I am trying to find a co signer, I am desperate and am now taking steps to clean up my credit (from a divorce) but afraid it is too late,
    Thanks.
