New England sports legends, including Mike Eruzione, will be in Boston in May to speak on a panel at the AARP Life@50+ National Event and Expo.

New England sports legends Mike Eruizone, Steve Grogan, Bill Russell, and Luis Tiant will speak on a panel at the AARP Life@50+ National Event and Expo taking place Friday, May 9 at the Boston Convention and Exhibition center.

The panel will be moderated by James Brown, award-winning broadcaster and host of CBS’s The NFL Today and HBO’s Inside the NFL. The panel will speak from 12:00-1:00 p.m.

The Expo will run from May 8-10 at the BCEC and will feature panels, exhibits, seminars, and entertainment.

Another panel taking place on May 9 will be moderated by journalist Soledad O’Brien and will feature Jeff Bauman and Carlos Arredondo, two men whose lives were forever linked after the tragedy near the finish line of the 2013 Boston Marathon. That panel will get underway at 2:00 p.m.

Hall of Fame quarterback Dan Marino, along with Brown, will help kick off three days of volunteer activities around Boston on Thursday, May 8.
