JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Who's got tickets? Apparently Boston College, whose ticket sales for today's Atlantic Coast Conference championship were lagging below 4,000 yesterday. The conference is committed to the city of Jacksonville to each school selling 10,000 tickets. Virginia Tech also has plenty of room in its section, with 8,000 tickets sold.
