Buchholz best in baseball?

Clay Buchholz is aking a strong case that he may be the best pitcher in baseball at present. After a 10-1 win over the Toronto Blue jays Wednesday at Rogers Centre, Buchholz improved to 6-0 while his ERA fell to 1.01 and his WHP to 0.96. Buchholz struck out eight, walked three and allowed two hits over seven innings. All six of his starts have been seven innings or more and he’s allowed two or less runs in each of them. Buchholz has four to five strong pitches and pitching coach Juan Nieves revealed he has a sixth pitch—a split fingered pitch—that he hasn’t even thrown yet.
