Baseball’s trading deadline is Wednesday at 4 p.m a frenzy of activity is expected right at the end. There are at least 14 teams in contention who will be buyers, but one, the Tampa Bay Rays, could be the only team that really doesn’t have to do anything because of their air-tight pitching staff and a good enough offense. We break down, team-by team, what the needs might be and we also tell you there’s going to be a lot of relievers who will change hands since that appears to be the biggest need.
