* Arizona's Brandon Webb and manager Al Pedrique were ejected after Webb hit St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Woody Williams with a pitch one pitch after Mike Matheny homered to start the third.

* Astros' Roy Oswalt left the game against Milwaukee after aggravating a rib injury. He pitched seven innings and faced one batter in the eighth. He is considered day to day.
