■Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter was out of the lineup after getting hit by a pitch on the knuckles of his right hand Sunday. He expects to return to the lineup today.
■White Sox first baseman Paul Konerko was out of the lineup after getting hit on his left calf by a pitch from the Red Sox’ Andrew Miller Sunday. Manager Ozzie Guillen doesn’t expect Konerko to play today, either.
