A streak?
After losing two to the Yankees in April, the Red Sox knocked off six opponents in a row, their longest winning streak of the season. Another six-game winning streak in August or September would put them a lot closer to their goal, but they could do the most damage if they start a streak at the right time. The Red Sox play the Angels and A's three times apiece starting on Aug. 28, and face the Rays and Orioles 12 times in a row starting Sept. 17.
