Players vocalize distaste for Valentine

Despite a Yahoo! Sports report detailing a late July meeting between players and Red Sox executives about Bobby Valentine, neither group has publicly said Valentine needs to be replaced. Red Sox CEO Larry Luchhino recently said Valentine would be the Red Sox manager for at least the remainder of this season. Could that change if the players go public, or if there really is a calling for his firing?
