Where do the Red Sox go from here?

They can't trade Pedroia, can they? It's unlikely the Red Sox part with second baseman Dustin Pedroia, but if the Red Sox are serious about cutting all ties to last year's team that collapsed in September, they could look to move their most vocal leader. Pedroia would have value if the Sox chose to trade him. More than likely, though, Pedroia projects as a centerpiece and top-of-the-order hitter while the Sox add pieces around him.
