Brad Mills: The former Boston bench coach, whom Terry Francona affectionately refers to as "Millsy," is available after being fired by the Astros in August. Houston went 171-274 in Mills's three seasons, including a woeful 56-106 campaign in 2011 that was the Astros' first 100-loss season. "I tried to do the best job I could," Mills told reporters after getting the ax.
