Could Anibel Sanchez be the answer to what ails the Red Sox starting rotation? The Boston Herald reports that Boston has expressed an interest in bringing the 28-year-old righthander back to the organization that traded him away seven years ago. Sanchez was part of the deal with the Marlins that brought Josh Beckett and Mike Lowell to the Red Sox. Sanchez, who threw a no-hitter for the Marlins in 2006, went 9-13 for the Marlins and Tigers in 2012 and 1-2 with a 1.77 ERA for Detroit in the postseason. Sanchez is reportedly looking for a six-year deal in the $90 million range.
