Possible Sox ALCS tickets to go on sale

Tickets for American League Championship Series games that could be played at Fenway Park will go on sale at 6 p.m. Monday.

The Red Sox, who clinched the AL wild card Thursday, open a best-of-5 AL Division Series Wednesday in Oakland, Calif.

If Boston advances past the Division Series, the Red Sox would play host to games 3, 4 and 5 of the best-of-seven ALCS against either the New York Yankees or Minnesota Twins.

Game 3 would be played Oct. 11; Game 4 Oct. 12; and Game 5 (if necessary) Oct. 13.

Approximately 18,000 tickets will be sold exclusively via the telephone and www.redsox.com. Tickets will not be available for sale at Fenway Park.

Fans with disabilities may call (877) REDSOX-9 to purchase handicapped seating.

ALCS ticket prices are $110 for box seats, $80 for grandstand seats and $50 for bleachers and standing room.

World Series tickets will be sold if the Red Sox advance to the ALCS.
