One thing Mike Timlin has shown beyond a doubt late in his career is impeccable command. He led the majors last season with the lowest ratio of walks per nine innings pitched (0.97), walking only nine batters in 83 2/3 innings. And three of those walks were intentional. (Full Article: 672 Words)
