Curt Schilling to rejoin rotation Thursday
The Boston Red Sox announced that pitcher Curt Schilling will leave the bullpen and rejoin the Red Sox rotation Thursday in Kansas City.
According to Boston sports radio station WEEI 850 AM, Red Sox radio announcer Jerry Trupiano also said that Mike Timlin would take over the closing responsibilities for the short term. WEEI reported that Trupiano was passing along the news from manager Terry Francona, who made the announcement today in Anaheim.
