The Red Sox took their most significant step yet in signing their annual haul of amateur draft choices. Second-round pick Alex Wilson , a junior righthander out of Texas A&M, flew into Boston yesterday and prepared to sign with the team, his mother, Ann Wilson , said in phone conversation from the family's home in Hurricane, W.
