BALTIMORE - Jason Bay yesterday spent the morning of his 31st birthday with an IV in his arm. The Red Sox left fielder no longer felt sick, just tired. Flu-like symptoms prevented him from eating or drinking much, especially coffee, which tore at his stomach. And “I love coffee,’’ he said. (Full article: 941 words)
