As much as he dislikes the Red Sox, “Curb Your Enthusiasm’’ star Larry David thinks Manny Ramirez deserves to be in the Hall of Fame. Chatting from the Vineyard yesterday with WEEI’s John Dennis and Gerry Callahan, David said it’s impossible to quantify how much performance-enhancing drugs helped major league players such as Ramirez. “I would vote for Manny, for sure,’’ said David, who’s a huge Yankees fan. “He was a great player with or without the drugs.’’ Likewise, Larry said he thinks Roger Clemens, Barry Bonds, and A-Rod all belong in the Hall. (The conversation was apropos this week’s episode of “Curb,’’ which equated Viagra with “juicing.’’) David said he’s due to leave Martha’s Vineyard Monday, but because Hurricane Irene is bearing down on the island, his departure is “precarious.’’
