Red Sox manager Terry Francona said rookie closer Jonathan Papelbon was "fine" after feeling pain in his back when he cleat stuck throwing a pitch in the ninth inning last night. Still, Papelbon was expected to visit with a team physician to make sure he's indeed OK.

Coco Crisp had an X-ray on his injured left finger yesterday and Francona visited with his center fielder today. Once the manager talks with team physician Tom Gill, they'll likely reveal the plan for Crisp, who is currently on the disabled list.

Tonight’s Red Sox lineup:

4. Manny Ramirez, LF
5. Trot Nixon, RF
