Peavy, redux?

OK, it's not quite 16 strikeouts, but Adam Loewen did his best to keep up with Jake Peavy in the first inning against the Sox. Yup, he struck out the side, finishing off Kevin Youkilis, in particular, with a beautiful breaking pitch.

Peavy, the Padres pitcher, struck out 16 yesterday -- but got a no decision.

(And I really don't mean to be complaining, but it's freezing here in Baltimore. Cold night, cold wind, open-air press box. But I swear I'm not complaining.)
