Giambi speaks

Yankees slugger Jason Giambi confirmed that he met with Major League Baseball officials today in reference to the comments he made with USA Today last week with regard to the performance enhancing controvesy in the sport.
He would not elaborate on the conversation with the officials and nothing was decided today. But hoped that it was a "positive meeting."
The New York Daily News reported yesterday that Giambi tested positive for the use of amphetamines.
