9th life for Sox

Here's a look at the game log of the ninth inning today as the Red Sox rallied for six runs to beat the Orioles 6-5 at Fenway Park this afternoon.

It was the biggest ninth inning comeback in nine years for the Sox.

Red Sox bottom of the 9th inning:

- Julio Lugo grounded out short to first. None on with one out.

- Coco Crisp reached first on Ramon Hernandez`s fielding error. Runner on first with one out.

- Danys Baez enters the game for the Orioles and David Ortiz doubled to center to score Coco Crisp with one out. Runner on second.

- Wily Mo Pena singled to left. Runners on first and third with one out and JD Drew due up.

- Closer Chris Ray enters the game for the Orioles.

- JD Drew walked. Bases loaded with one out and Kevin Youkilis due up.

- Youkilis walked in David Ortiz with one out. Bases loaded with one out.

- Jason Varitek doubled to right scored Wily Mo Pena and JD Drew with one out. Runners on second and third with one out and Eric Hinske due up.
- Eric Hinske intentionally walked. Bases loaded with one out.

- Alex Cora grounded into a fielder`s choice, second to catcher. Bases loaded with two outs and Julio Lugo due up.

- Jason Varitek and Eric Hinske scored on Chris Ray's fielding error on a Julio Lugo ground with two outs.

Final: Red Sox 6, Orioles 5.
