Rain, rain...
It's definitely raining down there.
Just got back from my NESN hit with Tina in the dugout. The entire grounds crew was hiding out out in the cramped space, making it a bit cozy. There was also a waterfall coming down from the steps into the space. I, of course, did not bring my rain shoes.
According to loyal blog reader and Red Sox fan Andrew Rosenthal, a meteorologist with WeatherBug in Maryland, the heaviest weather is coming through over the next hour or so. He predicts delays for maybe an hour or a little more.
We'll have to see if he's correct. (Thanks, Andrew, for the update.) I do know this game is not going to start on time.
