Gagne: Done deal

According to NESN, the Red Sox have officially acquired Eric Gagne from the Texas Rangers in exchange for pitcher Kason Gabbard, outfielder David Murphy, and minor league outfielder Engel Beltre today.

Unidentified major league sources told NESN that Gagne has agreed to waive his no-trade clause to Boston and has also agreed to serve as the team's set-up man.
