Surgery for Donnelly

Checking in quick after Theo’s press conference to pass along that Brendan Donnelly will undergo season-ending Tommy John surgery. The procedure will be performed by Dr. Lewis Yocum.

Also, we’re still not sure who’s starting tomorrow night’s game. Kason Gabbard, who was dealt away in the package that brought Eric Gagne, had been scheduled to start. Julian Tavarez is a candidate.

We’ll pass along more information from a busy day in a bit ...
