Palmer and Schilling

BALTIMORE - Very interesting session between Jim Palmer and Curt Schilling out on the field before the game. Looked as if Palmer was showing him a release point on a curveball. The two chatted near the batting cage for several minutes.

Palmer remains a student of the game and is often seen speaking to pitchers from opposing teams.

The Sox are taking practice. J.D. Drew is really swinging the bat well here before the game.
