More than 1 in 4 Red Sox fans who responded to our survey Wednesday were out on the ledge after seeing Boston's lead cut to 2 1/2 games. It got even worse Wednesday night as the Sox saw their AL East lead snipped to just 1 1/2 games after they dropped their fourth straight (and the Yankees won their fourth straight). With just nine games remaining in the regular season (the Yankees have 10), where do you fall on this meter today? Cast your vote below ...

Are you of the midset that the Sox are doing the right thing by resting key players down the stretch to prepare for October? Or do you think it would be devastating to lose the AL East to the Yankees? Let us know if you think this is a crushing swoon or no big deal.
