Post-game party
You would almost think it was a home game for the Sox the way the post-game celebration is going on at Coors Field.
In a scene reminiscent of the one at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, a throng of Sox fans are in the stands celebrating the players as they come on the field. The crowd nearly fills the lower level of Coors from first to third base.
Chants of "One more year" greeted Curt Schilling and "Bring Back Lowell" for third baseman Mike Lowell. Both are free agents at the end of the season.
