The Red Sox will bring the 2007 World Series trophy to Connecticut on Thursday, according to a press release from the team.

The public will have two opportunities to see the trophy:

  • At New Haven City Hall (165 Church Street) from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

  • At the State Capitol Building in Hartford (210 Capitol Avenue) from 2:15 p.m. to 4 p.m. The trophy will be on display on the first floor of the State Capitol.

    Red Sox President/CEO Larry Lucchino will accompany the trophy.
