A late morning in Tito-ville

Good morning. My Globe colleague Jim Davis, the best baseball photographer in America, is standing in the parking lot with a few other print and TV shooters here, awaiting the arrival of Manny Ramirez, who yesterday kept his pledge by reporting on time. The clubhouse is closed this morning because the position players are having physicals....the pitchers and catchers will be on the field at 9:30 for the start of their regular workout. The position players are slated to have their conditioning drills this afternoon.
