It's Daisuke, Okajima back-to-back

Here's your Sox lineup for tonight's exhibition opener at Hammond Stadium. We're still at City of Palms, where the Sox are working out before taking the bus over, so don't have a Twins lineup for you.

Daisuke Matsuzaka will start for the Sox, with Hideki Okajima scheduled as first guy out of the pen.

1. Julio Lugo, SS
2. Dustin Pedroia 2B
3. David Ortiz DH
4. Manny Ramirez LF
5. Mike Lowell 3B
6. Kevin Youkilis 1B
7. Jason Varitek C
8. Coco Crisp CF
9. Bobby Kielty RF

Vacationing New Englanders will be happy to know the Sox have added a "B" game for Monday morning at City of Palms against the Twins. Game time is 10 a.m. and Josh Beckett is scheduled to pitch. The Twins approached the Sox about adding a game, according to Terry Francona, who said that with an abbreviated spring, getting more pitchers some work is a good thing.

Donald Fehr and other union officials including Michael Weiner and Bobby Bonilla met for more than an hour and a half with the team this afternoon.

Bartolo Colon had another session of long toss with pitching coach John Farrell.

Jonathan Papelbon is back from speechifying at Mississippi State, where he appeared at his former school to help raise money for a weight room for the baseball team, according to Francona.
