Moss goes deep, crowd goes wild
Once again, so much for J.D. Drew.
Brandon Moss just took Oakland closer Huston Street deep to right field, bringing the Sox back into a tie with the A's in the top of the ninth inning. With one out in the inning (Mike Lowell, fly ball, center field), Moss slammed a 2-2 pitch just over the wall in right.
The entire place erupted in applause and "Let's go Red Sox" cheers.
And it was Moss's first major league home run. Not a bad day, huh?

Known Brandon Moss from his days at Loganville (GA) HS. Great player, even better person. Good for him and the SOX.
