No BP for Coco
Coco Crisp (groin) did not take batting practice today and said he did not know when he’d be able to resume baseball activities. Crisp, who has played in only two spring games, none since March 2, had some treatment for the injury today.
He said it was his left groin that was sore.
"The problem is when he's running straight forward," Red Sox manager Terry Francona said yesterday. "He's just not ready. He's trying to be ready, he's just not ready."
