Game has different feel

NEW YORK - The game so far has a different feel than last Friday night when Chien-Ming Wang spun a two-hit beauty against the Sox.

The Yankees lead it 3-2, but Wang has had a little more difficulty than last Friday.

The Sox squandered a chance to break it open against Wang in the second inning, loading the bases with nobdoy out. But they managed only one run - Julio Lugo's first-pitch swing ground out after Wang had walked a pair of batters. Jacoby Ellsbury and Dustin Pedroia, both fizzled in their attempts to get the big hit.

In the third, Manny Ramirez felt he had a walk, but Tim McClelland rang him up on a pitch that appeared high. Ramirez, normally calm, was quite upset at McClelland and Terry Francona had to step out of the dugout to guide Ramriez out of harms way of a possible ejection.

  1. How does Tim Mcclelland get away with it?

    Don't they have rules too?
