Indians go up

Cleveland grabbed two runs off Jon Lester in the fourth inning, with Asdrubal Cabrera (walk) and Travis Hafner (single) scoring. Cabrera came in on Victor Martinez's single, and Hafner came in on Ryan Garko's.

But Lester got the final two men of the inning out, stranding two men on base.

It's 2-1, Indians.
